Pendant Automation

Compliance

Contractor prequalification, our cybersecurity program, and the documentation your procurement team needs to bring Pendant on site.

Contractor prequalification

Find us on the networks you already use.

Pendant maintains its safety records, insurance certificates, training documentation, and written programs on the contractor management platforms our customers rely on. If your facility qualifies contractors through one of these networks, we are already there.

Cybersecurity

Building an integrator you can hand sensitive data to.

Pendant is actively pursuing CMMC Level 2 through self-assessment against NIST SP 800-171, the Department of Defense standard for contractors who handle Controlled Unclassified Information. Most integrators never start. We are doing it because our customers in defense, aerospace, and government supply chains need a controls partner who treats their data with the same rigor as their equipment.

Your technical data stays protected

Drawings, network diagrams, PLC code, and site documentation are handled in line with the 110 security controls of NIST SP 800-171, the same standard the Department of Defense requires for Controlled Unclassified Information.

Ready for defense and government work

If your facility, program, or supply chain falls under DFARS requirements, you need a controls partner who is already on the path. Ask us for our current assessment status and System Security Plan when you onboard.

Secure by default, on every project

The controls we are implementing for CMMC, from access control and multi-factor authentication to encrypted storage, audit logging, and incident response, apply to every customer, not just the ones who ask.

Documentation
Everything your vendor onboarding asks for.
Usually same day, always current.

Not on Avetta or ISNetworld, or need something specific for your procurement process? Tell us what your onboarding requires and we will send it directly. We keep the following current and ready to share:

  • Certificate of insurance (general liability, auto, umbrella, workers' compensation)
  • OSHA 300A logs and Experience Modification Rate (EMR) letters
  • Written safety programs and training records
  • W-9 and vendor registration forms
  • UL 508A panel shop listing
  • NIST SP 800-171 self-assessment status and System Security Plan summary

Ready to onboard Pendant?

Send us your vendor requirements. We will have you set up before the project kicks off.
