What's included

First-class devices

Each VLM has a code, a name, an aisle / rack / level / position address, and a tray count. Sort and filter like any equipment.

Per-tray inventory

Trays hold inventory just like bins do — quantity, lot, expiry. The picker is directed to the right tray.

One screen across vendors

Schaefer, Modula, Kardex — the operator UI is identical. Swap a unit for a different vendor and workflows still work.

Routes into the same queue

Low VLM trays land in the replenishment queue alongside low pick-face bins, same priority sort.

Active / inactive per unit

Toggle a VLM out for maintenance and routing skips it automatically. Flip it back on and traffic resumes.

Audited like everything else

Every tray request, adjustment, and status change writes to the same activity log as the rest of the floor.

See it on your floor.
