Retries with exponential backoff, durable queues, and a dead-letter lane mean a host hiccup never loses a message. Exactly-once delivery keeps duplicate orders from ever reaching the floor.

Full observability

Watch inbound and outbound messages stream per connection, with throughput, latency, and queue depth at a glance. Inspect any payload, trace it end-to-end, and replay a failed message with one click.

Secure by default

OAuth 2.0, mTLS, and IP allow-lists on every connection; credentials live in an encrypted vault, never in a config file. Every message and mapping change is written to the same audit trail as the rest of the platform.
